What i liked about the ordering was as we created the item we were able to see what it was looking like as we created. Very Cool
As long as I get my full order I'll be happy. Last time I only got 3/4 of my order and it took over a month to get the rest of it.
I called to confirm our website would appear on the rim of the buttons and was reassured that it would be by the woman that reviewed my art. Upon receipt of the buttons the website is not on them at all.

Pretty quick to order but I wish I get the total instead of subtotal before I submit the order.
Also, I asked if we can have the free 100 bands in adult size instead and wasn't done :(
Your ordering system is simple and I like the visual you provide when choosing options for the wristbands. Product has been satisfactory each time I order and receive. I am disappointed that the cost for US production is so much more than that of China. Is that being addressed at all in your company? Thanks!
Also, after I clicked the box to receive the free t-shirt and submitted my order, I noted the shipping rate for the t-shirt was $9.99. Did it really cost that much to add the t-shirt in the box. I will not be had by that trick again.

Experience has been fine.
Product is what I ordered and shipped very quickly. However, I was surprised to see an additional $16.00 added to my credit card after I had submitted and finalized my order! It was not shown on the original check out page. I thought I was paying 75 dollars not over 90.
