The 2-stars on my overall experience is because of two issues: #1 - After adding my order to the cart, I wanted to change the colors, but I couldn't, so I had to redo the order, then delete the first item in my cart. #2 - When I went to update an address as I was checking out, suddenly the system kicked me out and said I had nothing in my cart, so once again I had to completely do the order over again.
UPDATE: After placing the order, I received my bill, and there was an added $10+ for "tax/customs/handling" that I wasn't told about. I complained about the charge, and 24hourwristbands.com refunded me the amount. While I'm grateful for the refund, those sort of hidden charges really irk me. I'd rather they have a higher price, or be upfront and honest about charges like that, not tack them on after an order has been placed. Just be aware that charges like this might appear.
Quick service at a good price for custom print lanyards. The material feels great and the color and printing are excellent.
Easy to design. The product looks great and looks to be high quality printing on the wristbands.
I would have liked to see how my Koozie was going to look before I had to buy it...
I am very impressed with the easy order process, pricing and the turnaround time. Other sites didn't offer such speedy service and their prices were alot higher. The quality of the bags is exceptional. I will definitely recommend 24hourwristbands to others.
First off, there is no communication at all other than an email saying that your order is processing. Second, I emailed and asked about information regarding my order that I had heard nothing about. Third, I spent over $200 with y'all and none of my bands are even centered. I feel like the product was fairly priced if it were centered and consistent but I was rather disappointed and would be inclined to take my business elsewhere
The customer service rep I spoke to this morning was great. Nice attitude, pleasant & efficient. On & off phone within seconds, with the answer to my question so that I could complete my online order. Not like my last exerience which was horrible. Took me 3 years to come back.

When I tried to order balloons - I was not allowed to complete the order. I don't know if it was because I was a new customer or what. I just gave up and got them somewhere else.

What I was looking for at a reasonable price
Watch for the free-bees. They are not Free! I cought the postage charge on there t-shirt, but not the Free wristbands! Till I payed and there it was $15 added to my bill. Won't happen again. Other than this issue, which I blame on myself. I will continue to use them. All the products i've received have been outstanding.
