Overall, the quality and price of the product was very good. I ordered 200 Koozies with custom logo and text on them. However, I was very displeased with the customer service, misleading pricing, and disorganization within 24hourwristbands.com / Imprint.com. During the checkout process, ther was no information about fees for processing, handling, or anything. The total amount that showed up on my bank statement was about $12 more that what was displayed at the checkout. When I called to inquire about this, and explained that I felt this was a SCAM, the representative didn't have an explaination or even an apology. I still don't know what I got charged extra for. They simply agreed with me and moved along to the next issue. Below is my previous email inquiry with the company, before I knew the process, and the charges:

"I inquired about getting a proof before the job goes to print. The person on the Chat, said that I have to call to place to order to get a proof. When I called, they said I have to place the order first. I am also concerned that I only get 3 attempts at the proof, then I am stuck paying for whatever has been created. I read mixed reviews on this company, and have yet to make up my mind. I hope I didn't just spend a bunch of money on a large bulk order that is not going to be what I envisioned..." I did get an email back from this explaining the 'proof' process and was set at ease enough to make the purchase.

Though this company may have great pricing and good products, be prepared for a headache if you have to deal with anyone from customer service, and be prepared to receive a larger charge than expected on your banking statement.
