This is my second attempt to order wristbands for a fund raiser for a sick student at my daughters school. I have already lost250 from another vender. I am praying you are not going to disappoint.
They made it really easy to make a custom tattoo! I was very pleased with the quality and the delivery time. I picked the slowest delivery and I had it within 5 days! The only thing that I was displeased with came down to mis-communication when I placed my order, but I am truly happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again!
The color we wanted was out of stock. The fast 24 hour order turned into a few days. The order shipped via Fed-ex however Fed-ex dropped it off in the US mail and it took 7 days for what normally could have been mailed in 2-3. Glad we did not have a deadline.

The wrist bands were for our band Late Night Zero. They looked great and arrived very quickly. Good timing considering we had shows that weekend.
This is my first time using the site and it was SO EASY! The wait time to talk to a rep was short and any questions that I couldn't answer ont eh site, she answered right away. I'm excited to get our wristbands!
I believe that things could have been better. Especially when ordering online. You dont tally up a total that includes shipping and state tax. I was totally left in the dark. I believe that we have a right to know the TOTAL price upfront before paying. Maybe you will change that on your website.
