The colors were so off from what I ordered.

Great wristbands. Easy to customize online.

Customer service was helpful on the phone, and the price is good. Finished product had slight imperfections but still nice.

The color of yellow in web page is not the color I received. I ordered marigold and received chartreuse. Hopefully I will be able to exchange the "marigold" for royal blue. I don't trust the color swatch.

Placed my order relatively easy, and was satisfied with the order. However, please watch out for extra prices that were placed on my order after the order was made. I was told this was clearly stated, however it was in the bottom of the page in a footnote. All of it was resolved, and I will be ordering from 24hourwristbands.com again.

The quality of the coolies is very poor. They are thin and not what I expected from the purchase. I have requested a refund but did not receive any response back.

So far this was super user friendly and reasonably priced. I paid for rush production and rush delivery and they arrived the day before I needed them, which was amazing. They seem to be good quality and look exactly how they did online. Overall good experience and I will likely use this company again in the future.
