I liked the mugs that I ordered, however one came broken and one was someone else's design. I have yet to hear back from customer service on replacing it.

Ordered with my own design and still came fairly quick and they keep you up to date! Only downside is you need to write at least ONE HUNDRED characters in your review so here i am just throwing out random words just to make ONE HUNDRED!
I had a simple order and the order received arrived with only 1 letter on the wristband. Not to mention the fact that they were children size!
I can only refer to the order process since I have not received the products. I had a little trouble finalizing my order because of a billing change. I spoke several times with Nate. Nate was extremely helpful and helped me finalize the order and final proof. He personally called me several times as follow-up to e-mails for verification.
I have ordered several times from 24 Hour Wristbands and have been very happy with the finished product the last couple of times. I certainly hope this order is delivered with the same quality in a timely fashion. Thanks Nate for your help!

They fixed any problems I had fast, my product did get stick at the printing process but they were fast to fix.

The website was a little confusing to begin with but I managed to get things worked out. I did put a comment in there regarding where I wanted some texts printed on my koozies. I then received an email as well as they fast follow-up call as to what the discrepancy was in the location. The gentleman that gave me a call was very professional and assisted me and walking through the service from point A to point B to ensure that the accurate information was provided. I then received all my notifications on shipping and themes arrived as expected and I couldn't be happier with the product. Myself and my company will definitely be placing additional orders through you guys and I really appreciate everything you've done.

Over the company is excellent and easy to work with. I cant give five stars as the printed wrist band quality really isnt amazing. If these bands were used for a promotional and werent worn for long they would be perfect, however they wont hold up for long.
I didn't like getting automated calls from a company that wasn't called "24hourwristbands" - -that seemed like spam.
