Spoke to Nate on the online chat and he was very helpful with questions and getting me to correct item that we were looking for.
The order was taken and filled as I hoped for. It was filled in a professional and exceptional manner. The final product was perfect.
Product arrived super fast but the logo was not printed in the center of the bag.
Sadly the size [girth around the wrist] was disappointing. We ordered the adult [one size] and it is very tight. I've fit them on to a few people - teenager, really tight. These folks are not heavy, slight build and the bands are very snug... to snug. Nice quality other than that.
It was difficult to design the dog tags and get quick responses and changes to requests.
The shipping charges are outrageous. The shipping charge should be based on overall order and NOT per item. I ordered 600 of the same thing and was charged 4 times the amount it would have cost had i ordered them as 600 of the same item. Since there was 6 different designs, I was WAY overcharged for shipping, plus had to pay extra for expedited shipping on them all.
Many of the dog tags I received have scratches as well and are unusable.
Thorough communication during the graphic approval process as well as shipping.
It was great idea that we have done before it made fundraising so much easier for us.
