The first wristbands I ordered were very professional looking, and arrived quickly. I just ordered another batch. While it would be preferable that the re-order process was easier (a re-order link within your previous order), I appreciated Murphy's support in getting this order placed.

Pretty straight forward order customization interface. I picked it up pretty quickly to customize what I was looking for. I really like the cost and shipping date calculations update as you modify order specs.

I was having issues with how the site was charging me for koozies. I talked with Haley from customer service over chat and she helped get everything taken care of. A great company that I will use again and again. I recommend it!

I ordered silicone bracelets unfortunately as a memorial piece for a funeral and was notified of a last-minute color change shortly after I ordered. Jane was great, patient and understanding of this change and assisted to the end!

I realized I needed a change in the text and immediately Floyd was able to make the fix and send me a preview. So helpful and quick!

This was the worst odering/customer service I have ever received when ordering a product. My order was delayed by 5 days, AFTER I had already paid to have my order expedited! Furthermore, when I asked to speak with either a supervisor or floor manager/lead worker...I was told I was not able to speak to anyone of authority. So, I couldn't even file a complaint!
