The general experience was excellent, however the final product (tattoo) was not the same as the submitted photo.
Quick and easy transaction
The product was fine, but it arrived a day late and I was not told that they were being sent "signature required", so I ended up dealing with undue stress trying to retrieve my package before my flight.
I was able to do a quick design and use a coupoc code.
