Unfortunately there is little customer service. I ordered a flag and there are two ways for a flag to fly. 1)Flag pole over a left side pocket or 2) with metal grommets on the left
They sent me a flag with metal grommets on both sides even though I didn't order that. They offered 10% discount which all customers can get and did not resolve the issue at all
