Used the chat feature and they told me to just call customer service, pointless to have the chat feature then. Then I said I wanted to order exactly what I ordered last year which was $129 for the order and this year it came up as $162 because it was adding 3 cents for faster shipping which I did not need. I called the customer service # to assist and he said the best deal he could get me was $175, wait for what? That's more than if I put the order in myself online. So got nowhere with the chat feature or by calling and still paying more. May just go a different route in the future because of this silliness.
