I love my wristbands. They are great for my Team, Armed 2 Cure, to help get donations to cure Breast Cancer
Design and ordering were easy. Had one issue with artwork and they were very responsive about getting in touch with me and getting my order here on time (actually a week earlier than expected. Will definitely use them again.
I was treated terribly by their customer service, their designers seem incapable of placing a simple design, they only print on one side of the lanyard, and despite asking several times wouldn't tell me if they could print on both sides, and Kevin Han treated me like a complete jerk.

Easy to make what I want!
Fairly easy process, though it took me hours to get it done (because I was overthinking everything!). But the previews were so great to have; very helpful. I'd order from these guys again! :)
So far everything has been super easy
Placed order on 9/4, needed items for 9/13 was told Inwouldnt receive items in time despite the estimated shipping time selected during ordering. Was told my new timeline was 9/20. Asked to speaker to a supervisor was told there wasnt one. Then received a phone call from someone in the "production room" starting I needed to pay more $$ for a rush order. When I balked at that and asked further questions, I was interrupted multiple times. I will never use this company again.
