Pretty seamless process and quick delivery!
I wrote the company to let them know my logo is fuzzy. No response.
Overall experience = good.
The site was easy to use and fast but I would have appreciated a more true to color example when choosing a letter color. The gold looked good on the site but it was very hard to see when we actually got the bracelets. I would have been open to changing the bracelet color or the lettering if someone would have alerted me.
Terrible sense of priority when shipping and processing. They stopped my product from production several times even though I was on a deadline.
Don't love that the shipping says "*date* or after"

Not very good experience. My order got delayed because customer services did not communicate changes made on the phone. I had to pay for faster delivery and to inflate de balloons adding about $1.50 more per balloon.

Pretty simple set-up process. I only gave 4 stars because all my designs ended up getting deleted and I had to start over. I'm sure it is just a glitch! Other than that, it was super smooth! Can't wait to see how everything turns out!
