I ordered and received the product 2 weeks after my event. When I ordered it gave me a expected delivery 5 days before my event. I called and was told that the order was not a guaranteed. When I called it hadn't even gone to production. They would not let me cancel. I order often and never have had an issue. Was very disappointed.
