The quality of the bands is awful. I've ordered theae bands 5 times prior and never had an issue. There are black streaks all over them and the artwork is not centered. I would like them replaced.

Overall fairly easy to set up my order last night, but stalled when I hit the final 'place order'. Couldn't finish until this morning but wouldn't let me review order details. I'm a little nervous.
Finally had to call customer service and place the order over the phone. It was frustrating that the on-line order system would not work for me.
