Great customer service, had a few issues with the quality of the logo I sent and they called immediately to let me know and to resolve the problem. They really went out of their way to get the bags to me on time.

Good value, lots of options and pretty good product, but my coworker and I both went through the order page and her total was over $800 and I said 'that's way too much' so I did it and got something in the $300 range. We looked over each others orders and everything looked the same except the cost. Very confusing why that would happen.

Really enjoyed the visual presentation of the product as it was being designed online.

My order was pushed back weeks due to coloring issues. I dealt with it right away over the phone, but to my surprise weeks later they were emailing me about color issues yet again. The guy should've informed me from the beginning if he couldn't fix my order over the phone instead of telling me we were good.

The selection of products and ease of designing those products with your own logos was impressive and easy. I'll definitely buy from here again
