This was by far the most difficult order we have placed. I placed the order in plenty of time to receive free expedited shipping which would have given us delivery 2 days prior to our deadline. It was 48 hours before we received the message that the artwork was not sufficient. The rep that contacted me made a note that I hung up on them (not at all true). When I got to a computer to correct it and spoke to customer service they insisted I had to pay an additional $97 dollars to expedite shipping and receive it on 8/28 (one day prior to the absolute deadline). Then the next day another ticket came up saying we wouldn't receive it until after our event despite paying the extra fees. I called again and was assured I would receive it on the 29th if I paid an additional fee! After much conversation that was changed to no second additional fee charged. But there was another delay due to a request for proof approval which we had not requested. I received the product the evening before our event and the product was the same good quality we have received in the past. However, we should NEVER have had to pay the additional nearly $100 charge. Those delays were 100% die to your customer service delays in communicating with us and if we hadn't been on top of watching the order online after the first delay, we wouldn't have received our product. I strongly believe that the additional fees should be credited back to our credit card. Ultimately this experience was poor enough for us to consider another vendor if there is not a reasonable resolve.
