The Apple chargers they sell on here are FAKE and not genuine as promised! I bought one, and it broke on me within a week, they sent me a replacement and that one broke on me within a a month. They would not allow me to get a refund, so I took the charger to a Apple store where they inspected it and said it was a FAKE!

I ordered a charger but when I got it, it was already broken. I called their customer service line. They responded promptly. Offered replacement with no hesitation. I love how they deal with my little problem. KEEP IT UP!

I warn you not to do business with this company. Their chargers are defective and they do not stand behind their warranty! Check the BBB website- 28 complaints so far in 2016 and they are all very similar. They claim 100% satisfaction but they are blowing smoke! I requested to speak to management and they refuse. A good company would at least listen to their customers complaints. I have never experienced such a corrupt business.

Like many others. I placed an order for a MacBook charger, wrong one was shipped. I got an RMA to return it for a replacement... 2 months later I have still not received a new plug. Call a dozen times and couldn't get to any representative. Emailed them and they kept telling me the same exact thing (apologies and I'll be getting it within 2-3 days).

Stay clear away and hope they there's a Class Action Lawsuit against these clowns.

Received order in just a couple days. Sent bad charger which they had no problem sending return label. 2 months later I have still not received a new plug. Call a dozen times with them telling me it would be there in 3 to 4 days. Bull on that and e-mails are just ignored now. Stay away, pay the little extra for a better company.

I have been dealing with these people for months! I ordered and was sent the wrong charger. I returned it at my expense. They sent another one wrong again. They gave me a label no problem. I gave them the serial number of the device I needed it for and had to pay an addition 15. They sent it close to a month later and it wouldn't work defective. Now they won't send me a label and in gonna have to pay to send it back. The company has terrible customer service and their motto is crap.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a charger three weeks ago and was promised same day or next day shipping. It has been three weeks, and after multiple conversations with reps, I have not received my order or the refund that was promised me. As of now, I am calling my bank to get report this company fraudulent. Horrible horrible customer service!

Don't trust their warranty from 24HourChargers. I purchased a Macbook charger from them and chose their charger over another company's product because they had a 1 yr warranty. After 10 months, my charger stopped working. I contacted 24HourChargers and they told me to return the charger and they would replace it. HOWEVER, I would have to pay a $15 handling service charge. Plus, I would still have to pay for the shipping back to them. This $15 charge was about 1/2 the price of the charger. What is the point of having a warranty if I still have to pay such a large fee! They didn't mention this fee when I purchased the product.

I bought a Macbook Air charger on this store guess what?. All products are mark down almost half from the original price and there's more...%15 off when you use the CYBER15 code. I got almost $4 discount. I'm glad I found this site. I will surely buy again.

I purchased a charger from this company about 6 months ago, and now the portion that plugs into the lab top is "broken" because I have to constantly twist it until the charge begins. I have called 3 times within twenty minutes (I used both numbers listed on the website) and NO ANSWER; The answering machine says that the person I am trying to reach has a full mailbox. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Someone should take this company to court for stealing!

Fraud... stay clear

The MacBook chargers that they claim to be OEM are not compatible. My MacBook became erratic when using the charger, yes they sent a replacement but same story. I returned that charger and never received a refund. They claimed that they had no record of receiving the return, when I furnished a tracking # that confirmed receipt they stopped communicating. They now have their charger back and have my money also. Don't risk your computer to products they sell.

They're mac charger burned a hole in my couch! It took me 3 days to get someone on the phone and when I finally did it sounded like the person was outside. When I called her on it, she claimed she was in an office. Unless her office has cars and giant gusts of wind going through it, she was a complete liar. When I explained that their charger burned my couch she said she understood my frustration but I was outside the 30 day return policy. REALLY? First of all, your product is FLAMMABLE and could have burned my house down and THAT'S how you react. Second, your website and cheery recorded phone intro says there's a 90 day return policy. She said that they had just switched to a 30 day policy and hadn't updated their site. BULL$#*!. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Not only is it a rip off, IT'S DANGEROUS. They can go eff themselves.

I ordered my charger on 2/24/16 and now it is 4/19/16 and still no charger or refund of my money. They told me 4 times that my charger was on its way. It has never come. They had multiple excuses every time I contacted them. I finial demanded my money back 2 weeks ago and NOTHING. Now they will not answer my emails or my 5 requests to have a manager contact me.

I ordered a charger exactly 7 days ago. 24 Hour Chargers promised I would get it in 3-4 days. When I contacted them after day 4, they said that my order somehow didn't ship and shipped me another one. They did not offer a discount and they did not send my new order any faster. I wish I would have payed extra and went with another company. I still do not have my charger.
