It was surprisingly easy and the product arrived in a timely manner. Was concerned with picking out online and if unhappy, the hassle of returning. But Was very happy with choice.

Great price on a beautiful vanity light we used to replace our builder grade fixture. What an improvement!

We had initially ordered four of these pendants for a kitchen renovation/expansion. Decided three more would be good in order to use the chain and canopies with some vintage copper and wrought iron pendants in the main kitchen. That way there would be some consistency between the fixtures and gives us spare bells in case any are damaged in the future.

When I initially looked to place the second order the site indicated they were out of stock. But I was able to put them in the cart and complete the transaction. Imagine my surprise when I received a shipment notification a few days later! Very pleased with the quick turnaround and some beautiful lighting.

The light came in so many pieces. Hard for my husband to put together. Wouldn't recommend it because of this!
