Honest I was a little skeptical at first because I saw some odd reviews. However, I received exactly what I ordered and love it. It was well worth the wait to save all the extra money compared to buying the same couch from a big name brand store. 1stop cuts out the middleman so you can save $. Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
