Great experience! Ordering online was easy. Prices are awesome! Shipping was fast. Delivery was quick. My couch, loveseat, and ottoman all arrived in perfect condition. Delivery guys were nice, friendly and helpful. And white glove service was excellent. My call was answered quickly and very knowledgeably by Colby. I knew what I wanted and had no problem ordering the product. My problem was a specific delivery date because my son still had to sign for his house. I had ordered the Sterling 7-Piece Dining Room Set as a housewarming gift so I wanted it to arrive after my son had signed for his house. Colby was most courteous and helpful in making sure things would be delivered after the signing date. This had to be one of the best sale experiences I ever had. Thank you 1StopBedrooms and Colby!

I bought an outdoor sofa made by Ashley online after reading some reviews and other online experiences. The process was very smooth. Someone called soon after I placed the order to confirm my shipping address. The delivery was scheduled soon after, with multiple text notifications confirming time of delivery etc. They arrived within the time window, brought the pieces into the room I needed them, unboxed and assembled the sofa, then removed all the packaging. Great service. Great sofa.
