Customer service was great, my experience online was pretty easy too, however, when I spoke with customer service, they ended up charging me another $200 for the bed slats. I bought this bed two or three years ago from a different provider and the slats were included so I assumed they would be again. I did not see anything online that stated that the slats were not included. I was not happy about the fact that I was charged $200 for slats as I felt they should've been offered online or included.
