So far my experience has been perfect, very simple ordering process, wonderful prices and exceptional customer service. After ordering I decided to change delivery service to white glove delivery. I sent email through website and within minutes received a call back and was sent the link to make the change. I am more than satisfied with my experience thus far looking forward to receiving my new bedroom furniture.

I happened upon your website and found what I saw in the store for thousands of dollars more. I need to replace all my furniture that was destroyed in the flood. 🤞🏾
I previously left a good review for the sales rep. But everything he said was a lie. It took weeks to get the bed. And tracking was no help because it kept saying it had shipped when in fact it hadn't.
The directions for the bed were terrible and we were shorted hardware needed for the headboard.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
