It was an easy and effortless experience. Once I found the furniture I wanted on the website, I quickly placed the order and selected that I'd like to have it assembled for me. 1StopBedroom's has been great to send me emails with updates on when my bedroom set will be delivered to my home. They were great about going over warranty, assembly, shipping and everything else. I have had a great experience with them.
The customer service rep tried to sell me sofa brackets and I declined. As soon as I got off of the call I received a text stating that my order was revised. He added the brackets to my order anyway and I had to redo my loan for my sofa purchase. Prior to that purchase, I had to cancel my sofa order because Simon told me that he would price match the lower price for the sofa but did not and I missed the sale price the next day. Customer service has gone down for me personally and I hope you do not experience this.
Easy transaction, unexpected delivery expense though! Everything's gone smoothly.

So far my experience has been perfect, very simple ordering process, wonderful prices and exceptional customer service. After ordering I decided to change delivery service to white glove delivery. I sent email through website and within minutes received a call back and was sent the link to make the change. I am more than satisfied with my experience thus far looking forward to receiving my new bedroom furniture.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
