Items said they would ship by 12/20. Then when the order confirmation came it said they will not ship until 1/2! Not acceptable.

SAlesmen did a great job explaining how things work a what to expect
Great prices and fast shipping. I recently moved to a smaller town and was told by other furniture sites that they couldn't deliver to my address. Or that it would cost $300 and take 4 weeks to deliver. But with 1stopbedrooms I got free shipping and a 2 week white glove delivery. And all for same price I was going to pay at another site. 5 stars for me.

I recently bought my dream headboard that I've been wanting for the longest time and I found out that it has been discontinued but Vincent called me from 1stopbedrooms and went above and beyond to help me find and see if there was any King size bedframes that didn't sell out and were possibly hidden away in any of the warehouses they own and He called me back and was super patient with me and found the king size bedframe I wanted and helped me complete the payment process. Would highly recommend this company and the delivery was amazing and super fast! Werent late they were on time and even a little bit early!

I made an online purchase of 2 oversized recliners. I received notice from them that my order was in process. Later I received another notice that the chairs would be on back order and they are sorry for the inconvenience. That was okay with me I appreciated them contacting me so quickly. The next day I received a text to contact them about my order. They wanted to verify my order and explain to me the white glove purchase I made.
