I was pleased with my order and delivery experience although I did get a text that the item needed to go ground and there was a $29 add'l charge. This was understandable when the item arrived and was 250 pounds. We had to remove it from the box piece by piece to get it in the house. Very simple to assemble and beautiful once in place. This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
