The ordering process was very easy, no hidden fees. The set I wanted was on back order from the manufacturer and many other big furniture stores, I was able to call here and verify they actually had it in stock (like the website said) and it was cause they have their own distribution center! The price was amazing too! I've had to call a few times to ask questions and customer service always answers quickly and is able to answer any questions I had with ease, they are very friendly and reassuring. I had never ordered here before, so I asked a lot of questions lol. Shipping time is estimated about 3 weeks from my order which is way better than everyone else I considered, other places were saying up to 14 weeks! I haven't received my order yet but will update to 5 stars when I do. I also am getting my order delivered in home, so we don't have to worry about carrying the heavy sofa set inside. I am very pleased and excited so far!
