The furniture is very firm. We love it! It's exactly the color I was hoping for. It fits my family dynamic too! Then when we received it there were a couple of minor issues...but my CSR, ELIZABETH amazing! She solved every issue, her service was impeccable! I can't say enough good things about her! Next time I order something I am going to see if ELIZABETH can help me! Yes, she is that great! Her director or manager should promote her to train all their agents! Best service ever! The delivery guys were great too!

I ordered my chair via phone with Joe R. He was great! And very helpful.

The one thing that should be updated is "free delivery". I had to pay shipping/delivery. Granted I still received a good product at a fair price.

The two young guys who delivered my chair did have some difficulty getting it through the doorway to the den. Perhaps they should consider removing the box before bringing the furniture in the house.

I'm sure this is not my last purchase.

I received the coffee/cocktail table in perfect condition. It was very well packed.

I managed to assemble it myself, using a little ingenuity, piling folded comforters on the upside-down table to help secure the bottom shelf while I added the bolts. I first placed a rod across the bottom of the tabletop to keep the weight off the drawers.

The table is beautiful. It matches the end tables that were my mother's in the fifties, which I have used for the past 50 years. I was charmed when I read the tag that came with the table which said that this mid-century style was created for baby boomers. I am 72. I knew what I wanted, and this table was it.

It was great to finally get the mess of mail and papers and pens off my coffee table, and into the spacious drawers.

I was nervous about ordering such a large purchase over the internet but It's been such a good experience! Everything was emailed as it was happening and when it was ready to be delivered I was promptly contacted and a date was set. They called to confirm the day before and the morning of delivery. I paid to have it set up and the 2 delivery gentleman were very pleasant and put everything together within an hour,removed all the trash and were on their way. I will definitely order from 1 Stop Bedrooms again! Thank you for making me a believer!

Everything was great!

Everything was great! The only hitch was that I received two longer G8 screws instead of the two short G7 screws meant to fill the holes on the top of the bookcase and headboard. Other than that, it went okay. Just an added thought, make sure to show on the instructions which side of the wood planks 8 needs to face out. That part is a bit confusing.
