Although the bed arrived 10 days later than the arrival window, it was well packaged and in good condition. I had to contact 1StopBedroom customer service numerous times regarding the late arrival and they were always professional and did the research. I was promised threshold delivery by a customer service rep during one of the phone calls and was told that I would not be getting that, but they did go back and listen to the recording and stood by the promise. The process was a bit of a hassle but I would recommend the company because they did resolve all issues and have a good product assortment.
