Ordered the lindyn fog couch from ashley. Onestopbedrooms had the couch listed for $500 cheaper than on the ashley website. The delivery time was pretty average (about a month), and it was pretty easy to change my shipping date to fit my schedule. Product arrived as intended and couldnt be more happy.

This was a pretty pleasant online transaction. We found a recliner at Ashley furniture we really liked but they said it would take 2 months to get. We understood all furniture these days is taking a really long time to get from the factory. We found the exact same Ashley chair at 1Stop over 30% less and they offered the same Ashley extended warranty for 5 years instead of 3 like the Ashley store did. (We have dogs so the warranty is a must). The chair showed up in under 2 months as the Cust Serv Rep said it would. We contacted the CS department twice with questions and they answered the phone both times in 3 rings or less and both times the Rep was extremely helpful and actually a pleasure to talk to. We were so impressed we actually orderd the sofa to go with the recliner and again was over 30% less than the Ashley store! Thanks for doing what you said you would do!

We are extremely happy with the purchase and I would highly recommend! If you can be patient and don't need something immediately it is well worth it.

We went to Ashley Furniture and found the perfect couch but the price was way too much. I typed in the part number of the couch online and found it on 1stopbedrooms for half the price. I looked at reviews and looked into the company and it had good reviews so we ordered it. It took a while to get the couch but it was from delays from the manufacturer and 1stopbedrooms had the tracking number and gave us updates through the entire process. When it arrived it was exactly what we wanted and the delivery was professional and on time.

So disappointed. I waited 2 months for delivery. Paid for a install. The guys acted shocked that they had to put the bed together. Then the dresser was left out of shipment. I hope it don't take months to arrive. Not happy!
