We had searched & searched for a nice sofa & loveseat for a second living area in our home. We found this set in our local Ashley Home Furnishing store - sat on it & fell in love with everything but the price. I did a quick Google search and found it on 1Stop Bedrooms. I was very skeptical of ordering online as I had a horrible experience years ago with a different company. I read the good reviews from 1Stop and decided to give them a call. I spoke with a very nice young man by the name of Coby. He took my order over the phone, even gave me an additional $50 off. The entire process took less than 5 minutes. I will update as soon as our furniture arrives but so far, I am beyond pleased with the level of customer service that I have received so far:-)

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
