Just ordered a Dunlieth sectional from 1 Stop Bedrooms by phone. Raymond who took the call was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. It didn't take him long to figure the price, shipping and taxes. He also explained very well the shipping process so we could receive shipment when it suited us. We were amazed at how much less expensive they were as compared to the competition. I would recommend 1 Stop Bedrooms for your living or bedroom needs.

The person I spoke to did not tell me about the furniture that I was interested in. I was left feeling that we did not really connect so that I feel confident in my purchase. The attitude felt like a "Matter of fact," with no real concern. Lucky for me that I had seen the set I wanted in Ashley Furniture of Columbus and was familiar with it. Also, I think it's sinful that you do not provide discounts for veterans regardless of a sale.

This company could be good in some areas but the worse in others. My money was debited twice and they just said you "need to wait, first transaction was voided", taking my time calling the bank (when is their fault) and my bank is reflecting the 2 transactions debited. Meanwhile no money to pay my bills. Thanks!

I ordered a dining set online & had a rough sleep because I kept thinking about the other set & what do I do to make that work? So I called & your associate was extremely helpful. Now I'm going to try to take a nap however I'm so excited I won't be able to sleep again. This is going to be a long two weeks waiting for this dining set to come. It's like being a kid waiting for Christmas kind of wait but in a grown woman. Thanks to your sales associates help. It's good to feel like that sometimes as an adult.
