It was easy to shop and check out, the only complaint I have is that a promotional code which was featured across the top of the main page came up as invalid when entered into the box. It was a seamless experience aside from that.
Had to do it twice, at first attempt it was just loading the offer page
Last artwork was sent with cheap frame not shown. Gallery ended up sending the frame after calling.

Quality to all items received were as expected and arrived in good time.
I got multiple emails at the time my offer expired. One said verify payment, the next said offer expired with no action by seller. Customer service coudln't help me determine whether it looked like the seller actually accepted and it was a CC issue, or if seller let it expire. Boo.
