Bike received in the same condition as picked up so that's 99 percent what matters. Would recommend to anyone shipping a bike.

My bike was not picked up on the date it was scheduled to be and I received no phone call telling me what the problem was or that the truck wasn't coming. My bike arrived safe and sound but there was no paperwork left with it. I am still waiting to get said paperwork so I can mail in my delay/inconvenience form

Service was good my bike got to me in Seattle in just a few days from New York. The bike received a couple of small scratch's around a shroud on the front fork, not a tough fix just need to order some paint and do some sanding. My experience overall was good, I would recommend 1AA motorcycles to my friends.

Have used before - painless quote and booking

Besides being a little dusty my bike showed up in a reasonable time frame. The guys on both ends were supper nice and provided good coustomer service. Overall great service.

Finally got a hold of someone to send me a quote, but now that I have it the process was easy and quick.

It took one month to have my bike shipped 1100 miles. I feel that is excessive.

Was hoping to get a partial refund whereas I dropped off the bike at the terminal instead of having the driver pick it up.

Excellent phone service

Took over 3 weeks longer than estimated. Took 8 days to go from Sacramento to San Diego and missed the cutoff for the ship it was supposed to go on.

Very easy and worry free booking process

My motorcycle arrived damaged. My friend did business with this company in the past and recommended against it. I did it anyway and did not like the inconvenience of having to fix a broken mirror on a motorcycle that left the sellers house intact.
