The pickup and delivery was done very well. The customs brokers that they recommended were not so good, as they were supposed to charge HST when entering Ontario but only charged GST and forgot to send the paper work with the bike so I could plate the bike. They then had to mail them after I called for them which caused a big delay in plating the bike.

Minus the oil on my bike(not from my bike! Everything went smooth

Over all a great experience, fast and easy, waiting for anything is tough, but if I had to do it again I would choose 1AA motorcycle shipping, thanks guys.

1aamotorcycles.com was very easy to use. The online instant quote tool is incredibly convenient as is the online ordering. I placed my order and the next day the shipper was calling to arrange pick up. Customer received the bike 5 days later without issue.

I was the owner transferring a bike from Point A to Point B
No where on the online application did it ask who was the owner - it assumed that someone at point A or point B were the owner.

That was the only issue - the need to specify who the owner is.(probably the person paying the bill)

Otherwise a great service and will use again.

This is a great motorcycle transport service. I looked at several different companies when I was looking to ship my bike, and AA Motorcycle Transport had the lowest cost and fastest transit time by far. I was a little skeptical at first about their price and shipping times, but they actually delivered earlier than their estimate. I will continue to use AA in the future and will definitely recommend it.
