This is the second time that I have used 1aamotorcycles to transport motorcycles from VA to CA. I have found them very cooperative to work with. Worked around my pick up time. Communicated very well.
The company used for shipping scheduled a dropoff of the motorcycle and then not only didn't make the scheduled window, but didn't call to let me know. The only way I found it that they hadn't even loaded the bike (thirty minutes away) was by calling them to let them know I had to leave.
Poor.

Overall, the service was ok and would probably use them again. They picked up the bike pretty quickly but took a little longer than expected to deliver. I also did not receive a phone call when they were delivering the bike so I waited around for 2 days waiting for it to be delivered.
The pick up was as stated and they arrived first thing, so I did not wait around all day for the service. The bike arrived faster than expected which was also nice. The service was door to door and the bike was just as it was when it was put on the truck...no scratches...I would definitely use AA again.
Probably the best money I've spent on my bike so far. I go to school in CA and needed my bike shipped from MN, but some companies were asking upwards to $900. This price also included the fact that you had to empty out the bike's fluids. 1AA had a much cheaper/modest price which allowed you to keep the fluids in the tanks. I had several questions throughout the process, but they were happy to answer them. When it came to shipping it I was pretty surprised that I was able to pick it up within 6 day. Not sure if that is considered "super fast" but it seems pretty quick to me. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a good, quality company that's worth your money.

Excellent experience. There tracking system works great to track your shipment. I called customer service when I noticed the motorcycle was in Tacoma WA for a day and a half, wondering if there was a problem. Customer Service put me in touch with a dispatcher who explained Tacoma is a shipping hub and told me my bike would be shipped to me the next day. It arrived as promised. They use a four way tie down system to a pallet/skid - very secure. The bike was unloaded on my drive way and they even pushed the bike into the garage for me. Great company to do business with - and I would use them again.
On time pickup and delivery, bike was well cared for and personal were all courteous
