The only complaint I have is the motorcycle sat in the destination city for a full 24 hours...I was never called. The ability to track the shipment is cool, but it can drive you crazy if the item has arrived in your city and you receive no communication. I called to find out when it would be delivered, as I paid for residential delivery and was told it couldn't be done until the next day. With that, it would have been delivered in the allotted time; however, I was not going to be home the next day and no concessions were made to accommodate the schedule. Also, I was told the drivers went home at 3pm. I was, however, able to go to the shipping facility and pick up the motorcycle.
Excellent service, Motorcycle was shipped quickly, arrived without damage. I really appreciated the simple instant quote system and additional fees were not tacked on after quote (except for a fee to use credit card instead of mailing a check). Tracking system was very useful. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Best shipping experience ever. Could track my baby the whole way and if I had any questions actual humans answered the phone. Highly recommended.

The motorcycle was put onto a dedicated crate for shipment and it arrived within a few days. The price was good considering that many others would have charged ~$200 more. I wrapped the motorcycle in plastic foil (the type that is slightly sticky but comes off relatively easily) to protect the paint in case something rubs agains it during transport. This probably was not needed but it can't hurt. Overall, very good experience with shipper.
The 1AA team did a great job transporting my motorcycle.
