When I went to edit my shipping info the information from the 'Ship From' fields autopopulated the "Ship To" field and I almost messed up the specified delivery address. Recommend verifying the code doesn't make the same error for future customers.

Shipping a motorcycle seemed like a hassle, but once the process was started it was really pretty straightforward. Delivery day felt a little like waiting for the cable man, but overall it was good.

I scheduled my motorcycle to be picked up on a Friday on the calendar of dates available on the website. No one called to confirm my reservation so I called to follow up only to find out it wouldn't be picked up until the following Friday. Not really a big deal but communication would have been nice at the time of placing the order. When they came to pick up the bike, the driver called me and I was very clear they needed to disconnect the battery. They did not do so and as a result I was delivered my bike completely dead. In addition there was damage to my rear fender and come to find out, my bike was loaded and unloaded 6 separate times as the delivery trucks were different each day. Not real impressed with this transport company.

Dealing with AA- Motorcycle Transport was very easy. Quote was fast as was the on-line paperwork. They picked up on time and within a few days of sending the contract back. It was easy to track and my motorcycle was delivery in a shorter time than I expected. It didn't have a scratch on it. The pickup driver and the two delivery drivers were very personable and professional. I would definitely use them again.
