Going the extra mile

We ordered a manual wheelchair recently for my husband's use. When it didn't arrive on time, we checked with Ms. July-Barcelo who discovered it had been sent to a different state. She assisted us in getting the chair here. Unfortunately, it was the wrong chair. We decided to return the chair and order another model. Again, Ms. July-Barcelo was very helpful to us. The new chair is just right and we're very appreciative of Ms. Barcelo's efforts in our behalf. In total, more than 20 communications passed between Ms. Barcelo and us. She really went the extra mile for us and deserves recognition. The Romneys

Had no idea they wouldn't take a tub mount grab bar back, a rather narrow tub rim. In the confirmation they stated "keep all packaging for returns" very misleading

Their Feet Stink

Ordered a desperately needed wheelchair from these folks 07/26/2017. Was told it would ship that day and be delivered 07/28/2017. Never received a tracking number so called them again on 07/27. Was told it shipped about 7 PM 07/26 and they were waiting for the tracking number. On 07/28 still no tracking number so called again. This time was told they ordered my chair from Medline and Medline would ship 07/28. Called Medline and after some digging found order there and they confirmed would ship 07/28. These people lie and their feet really do stink. Don't order from these liars.

Ordered a chest support for my son for his wheelchair. On julyn4th weekend.
Still waiting for it, the item was out of stock, I was not informed of this.
I have had to call customer service back 4 times after being promised they would call me following researching the order.
I need this item so urgently at this point for travel to with my son, I have very little faith in this company. Every time I ask to speak to a supervisor l there is no one available, I don't even think the customer service is located here in the US.
I feel ripped off and have no confidence in receiving this item in time.
I also plan to contact the Better business bureau to make a complaint.
Very disappointed and very very angry at this point.

We ordered a wheelchair from these folks last year. At the time, I was told that it would arrive in two days. It took a week. I recently had to order replacement leg rests for the second time because the quality is so bad. I made extremely clear that I needed them in two days. Well, today would be two days from when I ordered, and they were just shipped. I was told, when I called, that they'd be to be sometime next week. I have in writing that they'd arrive in two days. The company does plenty of finger-pointing about it being the shipping facility's fault. Honestly, I don't care whose fault it is. Customer service is clearly lacking here.

I ordered a rollator in late May, 2017 and to date have not received the item or any type of notification in a month.
They were very quick to run the charge though my credit card and not shipping item.
I have called every day for the last week and have received nothing but excuses:

Warehouse shipping problems, vendor has not responded to inquires, item must be back ordered (but does not show on the record), not sure when the item will ship
Hopefully by the end of week, give us a week to get the problems sorted out in our
Warehouse.

I am tired of waiting and upset that I have been charged for an item not received.
No longer doing business with this Company. They are taking advantage of the
Older (elder) people.

Awesome experience

I bought a wheelchair for my mother who is in a personal care home. Her old wheelchair was getting worn out and we were told she needed a new one. The company's that work in there were trying to sell a wheelchair to her for $5000. 00 because she is a large woman and had to have one custom made. I found 1-800-wheelchair and I custom ordered her a wheelchair with a gel cushion which she loves for $510.00. The wheelchair arrived before it was suppose to leave the warehouse the cushion arrived a week later. I spent $179.00 on a cushion for her old wheelchair which when she was sitting on it you couldn't see it the one I ordered from 1-800-wheelchair doesn't even look like it sinks at all under her 350 pound body. She says it is very comfortable and seems to conform to her body. When I told the nurse the difference in prices she took down 1-800-wheelchair and will be giving the information to other residents. They say the wheelchair is amazing so much easier to push and maneuver. Any other health care products she needs will be purchased through 1-800-wheelchair when possible!

Worst customer service ever! First time using the product the mechanism to operate raising and lowering chairback broke. This was in MARCH. They sent the wrong piece and charged me for it, then wanted me to send it back and they would send the correct piece... at my expense! They never got the item i needed right. Maybe it is a language issue?

While I cannot imagine what other people have experienced with this company, I had a great experience. The chat feature on the website connected me to a sales rep that helped me make a good purchase for my clients needs.

I read all the reviews, and after 8 days of waiting for an update for my chair, I read more. There were some concerning reports. Instead of jumping on the review and making a scene, I contacted customer service. They walked me through the process and ensured me that my order was on its way. I would encourage people to contact the company before making harsh reviews that could damage a business reputation.

WARNING!

DO NOT buy anything from this company! I have reported them to the BBB. I ordered 3 cushions and returned all three according to their return instructions. I supplied tracking numbers for all Back in March 2017. It is May 25 2017 and I still have not received my $657. They are fraud's and take advantage of people in need!

Update: After it became clear that they could not give me tracking information (4/18-5/18), I canceled the order. But they didn't give me any cancellation number or email. For the order and refund process, I have called 6 or 7 times during last 45 days, but I've got only their lip services. Today, they sent me an email saying I got their store credit, which I didn't accept or agree. Huh! It means they don't want to refund my money. I paid $1600. They got me the store credit $1554.90 after deducting $45.10 for adjustment fee, which I have never heard from them. Of course, I refused it and opened a dispute on PayPal. Be careful this seller!

For the same product, the folding travel shower chair, I paid on 4/18 and have got no note regarding my order for two weeks. The first week, I called and heard it would be shipped in a week, Nothing happened. Two weeks later, I have called two days and heard they got no tracking information for the order. It's unbelievable!

I ordered a folding wheelchair so my 83 year old father can enjoy a trip to Europe with us. The order process was easy, and my credit card was charged and I received a confirmation of my order, along with an order number.
Two weeks later, I have not received my order and no notification of shipping. Two phone calls and one email to Customer Serivce have resulted in NO RESOLUTION. What am I supposed to tell my father? We are supposed to leave in 12 days, and if I don't receive the wheelchair, we can't go. I wish someone would please help me with this. It's very upsetting and frustrating to say the least.
