Easy to use website, found exactly what I wanted and ordered easily. They delivered on the day they said they would. Decent pricing, easy to use.

The bouquet of roses were delivered on time as promised and were as beautiful and long lasting as advertised. 110% satisfied from the sender and 150% satisfied from the sendee.

I ordered special cookies for a friend who did something nice for me. She absolutely loved it! I will order this again to show others how much I appreciate all they do for others and me.

The tulips were ordered for a friend as a thank you. The photo online looked full and gorgeous. The recipient sent me a photo of the bouquet and it looked very sparse, nothing like the photo in the ad.

I ordered arrangements in the "You're the Best" trophies with "Thank You" balloons for both of our admin staff. The flowers were beautiful and they both loved the trophies. Nine days later, the flowers still look fresh! I'm never disappointed with 1-800-FLOWERS.

$140 for two bouquets of flowers without vases. Sure they were pretty, just not worth the price. The only reason I used them was because I received a gift card. I will not be purchasing from them again.

My cousin sent a photo of the gardenia she received - it was a lovely plant with gorgeous shiny leaves. My only regret is that it had only one bloom visible. She is a plant person and will no double plant it and enjoy it for years to come, but I wish it might have had a few more blossoms for her when it arrived.

I wouldn't recommend using 1-800 Flowers. I had an awful experience from the start. The package arrived on time, however, the package was damaged.

Won't even call customer support because I tried while ordering and they are completely useless. Stay away.

The item arrived in a wet, sticky vase and as soon as the carrier handed it to me he took off. As I was placing the flowers where my wife would notice them one of the roses had been broken from the stem and fell to the floor as I slightly tilted the vase to set it down.

The flowers were very pretty. They had to adjust the arrangement a little but still they were pretty. Flowers were sent on time and the wife was happy. Happy wife happy life!
