You did what you were supposed to do; however, as I said in my initial review, at first you said it was free shipping. And then you charged me $15.00 in shipping once my order was finalized. That's not "cool". That's sneaky sales, which I don't appreciate. And all this nonsense of having to register so that you can market and sell my information is also annoying.

We want something unique for a friend who had lost her Mother. We were very pleased with the Remembrance Tree plant, as was our friend.

Fabulous Fruit arrangement. Something more masculine than flowers, and the milk chocolate was delightful and highly appreciated - Giving healthy competition to those "Other Guys". Arrived on-time, exactly as described. Very pleased.

I've always had a good experience with 1-800-Flowers. From their selection, their follow-ups confirming delivery and/or issues, and customer service.

The flowers looked half dead on arrival and the whole bouquet had no more than 5 flowers. I have used 1-800-Flowers before and their service used to be much better in the past. I definitely won't use them again.

I've been shopping with 1800Flowers for many years and always got the same extreme satisfaction. You can't but find something you'll like among the large variety of products offered on the website. Customer service is at a top, Delivery's been always on desired time. I warmly recommend 1800Flowers.

Delivered flowers that in no way looked like the ones I ordered. Talked to Customer Service twice. Both times they were supposed to send 50% refund. No refund ever came (and I checked SPAM folder too). When I tried to call again, it keeps hanging up on me. I can't get a hold of a real person. 1-800-Flowers is on my "do not use" list. Such a rip off.

Flowers were nice but vase too small for amount of flowers and blue dye easily stained skin/countertop. Flowers were healthy and fragrant

The flowers were delivered locally in bad condition still warm due to the heat inside the vehicle. I don't recommend this website

Wonderful job getting the delivery on time to her workplace. She had a big smile. She called me to let me know how beautiful the flowers were and how grateful she was. It was great birthday surprise.

Great job on getting the package there ontime. However, there were a few roses that had alot of brown aging and several of the sunflowers too. Also even though the flowers were cared for properly, the flowers looked pretty browned within 2 days. That should not have happened that quickly. Think i will just look up local florists from now on.

I have been using them for years now, very reliable service. A little pricey compared to other stores but it is usually worth considering the service quality, timeliness and hassle free experience.

My last orders arrived in a timely manner and were absolutely beautiful arrangements, identical to the on-line images from which I made my selections.
