Suppose to send size Large but instead received Medium size. Unable to claim because item already open up.

I ordered the wrong part, was told the correct part, then ordered it, and was wrong part. Sent back wrong part but will only get credit for once since I opened one package and since it's "medical" I had to open eat opened package. Now the package I sent back has not been found so I'm out over $150 and don't have part I need. Experience is not good.

I recently wanted to try the N30 style cpap mask and cushions, where the tubing is located in the front instead of on top of the head. Ordering was easy, and delivery of the supplies was prompt and exceeded the estimated time of delivery. Couldn't find these {15lt a minute cannula & humidifier}in Australia, so found online at this US company at a reasonable price, postage wasn't cheap, but paid an extra few dollars for the express/priority service and arrived within 4 days {USA - RURAL WESTERN AUSTRALIA} can't even get local mail that fast. So I recommend the company, the products and the postage service {take the priority for a few dollars more} and hopefully {health permiting} will be back, thanks

Veronica gave me the tracking # and it is being shipped to my address.
I asked about disposal of my out of warranty broken AirSense 10 but she was not aware of
Disposal service through Apria. I will inquire when I speak to the Respiratory Therapist.
Told her I have a SoClean machine and wondered if it's compatible with the AirSense 11,she

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
