I have been waiting a long time for the new or repaired machine. We have had no updates.
I bought a Resmed AirSense 10 Auto CPAP and a mask which 1800CPAP shipped to Japan. The shipping was via FedEx and very quick, customer service including communication was excellent. Items were well packed as well. My friend(he recommended 1800CPAP to me) also purchased a mask and had it shipped to Japan quickly without any issues.
Based on my experience I will be using 1800CPAP again.
Bought a product with a warranty. Product was never shipped. They not only ignored my requests for refunding the warranty but charged me again after charges were disputed. Please file your complaints against these crooks here:

The CPAP mask they sent hurt my nose and leaked every time I moved (Yes, I know how to wear a mask, have worn one for 15 years). They would not exchange a $97 mask that cost 5 bucks at most to make. So I got on RAPIDCPAP, found the mask I needed for $30 less. Sure wish I would have gone with RAPID in the first place.
They must have stone tablets with the rules their customer service folks adhere to.
Say you get a 99 dollar mask that is a new style and you get it, you have not idea if it will fit until you open the package.
Well, you just bought a piece of plastic which you can throw in the trash for 99 dollars.
They should have something like 50 percent off another mask at least.
And I am a long time customer. Not anymore.
Ordered a replacement nasal pillow for my husband. Customer service via chat was excellent; I sent a picture of my replacement part and they responded right away and verified the part I ordered would fit my husband's CPAP equipment. Also, received second confirmation where the agent called me back (I opted for call back additionally from the online chat). The part was reasonably priced, however the express shipping costed more than the part (they offer free shipping, but the need was urgent). All in all, thank you 1800CPAP, so glad you're there because Apria healthcare sucks big time!
I ordered a "Stand Alone Heated Humidifier" and they showed me the picture of heater, with water container and hose.
They sent me a stand alone heater. They want me to pay extra for the container and hose!
I Have Ordered CPAP Supplies from This Company Since 2015! On 11-20-2019 I Ordered A Mirage Activa LT Nasal CPAP Mask with Headgear by Resmed: *******-Medium! I Have Been Using it For Two Weeks and No Matter How I Try to Adjust it, The Mask LEAKS! I Telephoned Their Customer Service Dept. Today and Received Absolutely NO Help! I Have Only Had it Less Than 30 Days and They Do Not Seem To Care! I Guess The Fact That I Have Been I Customer Since 2015, Does Not Matter! I Am Now In the Process Of Disputing This With My Credit Card Company! Stay Clear From This Company!

Head's up, if you have an issue with Customer Service, good luck getting resolution. I ordered a water chamber on Thursday, paid the extra overnight fee to have it overnighted. No water chamber. Billiing address and shipping address must have crossed with each other. The company says they called on the day it was due to be delivered. I received no call or voicemail. The company sent an email which I responded to 12 hours later. When I received tracking information that it has shipped and will arrive TOMORROW (five days after I ordered it), I phoned the company. The perky customer service representative was argumentative, interrupted me, and frankly not very helpful. If they wanted to keep my future business, wouldn't something like "I'm sorry ma'am for the inconvenience, we will waive part of the shipping cost" been more effective. Instead, she kept explaining to me the timeline, that the address didn't 'populate' on their end (whatever that means)! I explained that none of the glitches on their end at time of order placement was presented to me at the time I submitted my order. Buh bye 1800CPAP.com!

I ordered a CPAP tube to send to my holiday location in Spain and paid 80 USD in freight and never arrived. Not because of a wrong address but this company doesn't know how to declare this with proper customs documentation and was sent without any description of what it is to a European Country. At the end I paid 220USD and they reimbursed me nothing claiming I had to accept the terms and conditions and apparently in these terms they claim consumers are taking responsibility for customs documentation. How can a consumer be responsible for customs documentation, u trust the company to be international and know how to do it? In summary, never ever order something from them. I am so shocked to read all these reviews with the same problem I faced. I am ready to file a lawsuit against them and bring them to Court and avoid that other Consumers get cheated this way.

In regards to international shipments, 1800CPAP.com does provide the correct GST codes that are required for shipments with FedEx. These codes do indicate that the product is medical equipment. It is the customer's/recipient's responsibility to provide any further information to customs for the release of their shipment (i. E. import license, duties and taxes, etc.). This information is listed in the Terms and Conditions Policy the customer must agree to when placing their order, as well as mentioned in the shipment notification that is issued once the order does ship. As each country is different, each country will require their citizens to provide different forms that 1800CPAP.com can not apply for, or be responsible for.

For years I have played little attention to the endless terms and conditions as part of a purchase. Well I got burned by this company for this practice with 1800CPAP. Com. The issue is I chose to not purchase this item for personal reasons. I had not received the product and the only transaction was 1800CPAP taking money from my bank account. The terms and conditions state they will deduct 5% of the purchase price to return my money. I have made thousands of $ worth of purchases and never got charged for returning my $ in simular circumstances. These folks are determined to make every buck they can. The response I got from them said in very nice terms, bummer for you buddy, you agreed to the Terms and Conditions. Indeed I did! This is one of those business that buyers need to beware of as you need to have a legal review of the endless terms and conditions so you don't get charged for something no one else would require.

It is true that our Terms and Conditions Policy (https://www.1800cpap.com/terms-and-conditions.aspx) does outline there is a 5% cancellation fee that does apply on orders cancelled after the initial 24 hours of processing. This is due mainly to the fact that you are charged from the moment you complete your order online. If you are ordering a machine and do not have a prescription readily available your order does remain on hold until either the customer provides the prescription or one of our team members obtains this from your physician. For this reason it is strongly encouraged that you obtain your prescription before placing your order to ensure that this is obtainable and that you are ordering the correct equipment for your needs.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.

In regards to your overnight shipping option you have selected, all orders that are placed before 3:30pm EST will be eligible for same day shipping. If your order is placed after this time, your order will be eligible for shipment the next business day.
Unfortunately if the shipping address provided does not register as a valid shipping address with our shipping software, the order is then held and the customer is contacted to prevent for any potential shipping issues.
