It shouldn't take 8 days to get a package from Ohio to Baltimore. A man can bicycle that distance faster!

I bought several of the new pillows, thinking I was getting pillows for my Wisp. I soon discovered the whole apparatus was far too small for me. Frustrated, I went to another website. I bought two pillows for$9.00. You have been selling them since I began using them. They work fine at 1/3 the cost of yours. You can be sure I'm going to read the advertisments carefully and I will be checking other sites. I no longer trust you.

I ordered two of the 6-month cartridges for my so clean machine, and what I received didn't look anything like the photo or prior cartridges that I have purchased. I don't even notice the scent that I used to notice after cleaning, so I'm not sure if these new cartridges are even working.

I purchased a humidifier for my airsense 11 the device is defective it leaks air so bad you have a hard time breathing. I got respond telling how to use it. I know how to use it. On the second post nothing from them. They just don't care the sell was made. They know the device is bad but!

My order didn't arrive via FedEx smart post on date indicated it would and info on it was only "pending" for arrival. The company sent the order via ups and I had within 4 days. The other order showed up at post office 9/30/2022 so I refused the shipment so it would be returned to the company

Aside from my treatment, 1800CPAP.com means my condition doesn't cause me any anxiety as I know I can get the equipment I need at an affordable price.
