Shipper sent the package/ my order almost immediately via FEDEX but package once in FedEx hands, days passed and FedEx Singapore lost or misplaced the package! Was unable to get answers as to the whereabouts of this package. Absolute bad performance for a Courrier Co.

I got a refurbished airsense 10 just like my oldOne it no.longer blows air or changes to my sleep pattern i got no answer from 1 800 cpap who i bought it from I thought because I get a stuffy nose in tbe middle f th night fhst maybe tbe machine couldnt read thst I was breathing out of my mouth she suggested of course to buy a heated hose or send the machine back i snore badly with this one so I went back to my old one which is doing the same thing I have tried a the troubleshooting things nothing works this Hine is certainly ly not press start and you will get a good night's sleep fsrf ft om.it I wake up because I can't breathe im using my old onebecause it does at least control my snoring but my new one doesn't even do that and I paid 749 for it i just want a good nights sleep
