Great service. I think I ordered the small headgear for the F40. I need another one. Regional Healthcare said they can't send or don't have one.
Great service, quick delivery, had everything I needed. Will use again. The other place I had been using, was always low on stock, their website did not usually work.

I spent over three hundred dollars on cpap masks then am told you need a prescription. If I had been notified about that before I never would have sent you the order. Now refund my money! Cancel my order. I will never do business with you again!
I was very pleased on your response with an email on my order and the quickness, i received my product. My only complaint is that the large mask could have been xlarge if that is possible? Thanks kurt
My CPAP quit working so I took it back for repairs. They did a good job fixing it. The only reason for the 4 star rating and not 5 is it took a while to repair. So I was without my CPAP for a few weeks.

Ordered the wrong mask- I asked if i could return and exchange for the correct one- charged a restocking fee and shipping. I understand shipping but a restocking fee?

My experience with the company is they don't promise anything they deliver
My oder was shipped out and I was able to track it and it arrived on time it was a good
Order came fast. I had a little trouble with the directions. When i called the company, they sent me a video which made things clear. I am happy with the service and the product.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
