Overall good. Shipping very expensive. Otherwise fine.

Didn't realize mount was for TV and not computer monitor. VESA screws were too large at M6 or M8. Needed M4. Had to personally supplyand modify different hardware for monitor.

Good. Things could just be a bit faster in delivery spec. But the products were first rate.

Purchased a product from them without them telling me that the install required specific software and a certified installer. Once it arrived (over 1 month later). They did not provide any assistance with finding a certified vendor in my area for install. I did my own research and found no one in my area is certified, rendering my purchase useless. Mind you, this equipment was over $1100. 00 in value. I started a return and sent back the unit. I used a different box to ship it back. They reject my return due to not putting enough bubble wrap in the box and it was missing a ziplock bag. They returned it to me. (note: there was NO damage to the unit itself) I added the ziplock and more bubble wrap and sent it back to them (shipping is $40!) they now are refusing to refund me and also keeping the unit hostage. So i am out $1100. 00 with no unit either.

Their customer service was extremely unhelpful and pretty rude in my opinion. I am a fleet manager and work with a lot of different vendors and i have never experienced such terrible service. 0/10 would not recommend DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS BY PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCTS, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Sent e-mail to the company a few weeks ago and got very quick reponse. Just got around to ordering the items I needed and website was easy to use. Very good experience.

Good. I had to call in after a week to see why my order had not been shipped. I got a notification that day that it was being processed. It arrived in a few days after that.

It was a great experience even with the wait due to supply chain issues at Everfocus. I will buy from 123 security again
