Had a hard to find item which they had in stock. Delivered my bulb order on time and in one piece. Will used 1000Bulbs.com again.

Exactly what we needed for our outdoor candles. Great service and
Fast delivery considering it was Christmas mailing time.

The products were as advertised and of good quality however two items were backordered and I was not informed of this. I had to reschedule my electrician when the shipment came in without those two items. I had to call 1000bulbs to find out they were backordered they did not call me. So instead of getting my installation before Christmas now it will be in January.

I needed a special bulb for my multiple wax warmers. The bulbs I needed were not available locally.

Easy to install. Super Bright beautiful purple replacement c9 bulbs. Visible for miles. Replaced 275 bulbs in less than 2 hours and all seem to work flawlessly.

The bulbs arrived surprisingly fast, but were to small for the socket. When I asked about ordering an adapter the SNOT said "We just make the bulbs"... All I wanted to know is where to get an adapter. She should be trained to be more pleasant and suggest a solution,,, I certify that this this is my own personal exoerience... The box to check does not work

Brand new bulb out of box - was dead. Had it tested at lamp store. I would not buy a bulb made in China again.

Bought two packs of these bulbs for fireplace mantle. So much easier to handle and arrange than traditional bulbs. They are awesome! However, one strand was intermittently flickering off. They are a little pricey for home use so I picked up the phone and called customer service, explaining the problem. I had a new set sent immediately. I really appreciated that!

I was very pleased with the lighted green ball that I ordered and received. It was exactly what I wanted and expected. Was well packaged and delivered in perfect condition and works perfectly!

So glad to find a company that carries the C9 replacement Christmas lights. They are getting harder to find. 1000Bulbs carries them by color in groups of 25, which should last us a while. Shipping was fairly quick and everything came in great shape.

When the fluorescent bulbs in my closet went out, I went to the local Home Depot, thinking that finding replacements would be a snap. Alas, my bulbs had become much harder to find, and I was stuck! I went onto your website and was relieved to find my bulbs available at very reasonable cost. I placed the order, received my bulbs intact in a few days, and was back in business. I have used this company before. I used them to buy white twinkle lights for my daughter's wedding. We used them all over the reception hall. They were beautiful. Since I had a good experience I used them again for Christmas lights. Once again the product is perfect. I highly recommend this company for your lighting needs. I am a very satisfied customer.

Purchased some Xmas lights. Ended up not being as described. They were orange instead of the incandescent color. Ended returning them. Had to pay for shipping both ways plus they refused to send the replacements without a shipping cost.

Out of the case 2 bulbs were defective, just the price of doing business. I needed bulbs for my shop and the hardware store in town didn't have enough to do the job.

I found everything that I was looking for to make my new Christmas lights. All of the items were reasonably priced as well. I found the sockets that I wanted and the bulbs and the connectors.

I received my order and some product was damaged and some product missed parts. Slow customer service.
