From my experience using Pocket Option, withdrawing money in the safest way really depends on what you value, like what’s the thing you consider top. If you want maximum security - I’d go with bank transfer. Yeah it’s slower but very reliable and easy to track if anything goes wrong.
For everyday trading though I usually stick to crypto (like usdt or btc). Much faster, and as long as your account is verified - withdrawals tend to go through smoothly. E-wallets are also a decent middle ground.
And always withdraw using the same method you deposited with and complete KYC in advance - really helps avoid delays...
