It all depends, first of all, on whether you have an edge in trading or not. So I understand that some people find quick trading a bit tricky because it's different from CFD trading. I gotta be honest with u, forex is way safer because it’s slower and you can use different tricks to save your losses, while quick trading offers high profitability rates, but once you’re wrong with your direction, you lose all your money in your position.

Both are safe at PO, if you know how to manage your risks. But, if comparing them directly I’d give it to forex mode. It has stop losses that helps much to automate trading and reduce the emotional impact.
